Preparation for Reconciliation

Preparation Requirements

The following components are compulsory. If you are unable to fulfill these requirements:

1. consider delaying preparation and celebration
of the sacrament;

2 speak with one of the Sacraments Preparation team (Contact Us )

• Parents as Mentors (31 January or 1 February, 90min)

• Commitment Mass (about 1hr, 4 or 5 February)

• Weekly Sunday Mass (about 1hr)

• Four catechetical sessions (lessons) of 1 hour per week for 4 weeks (from 7 February to 4 March.)

Registration

To register for preparation for Reconciliation your child needs to have been:

• Baptised,

• The original certificate needs to be sighted and a copy taken (normally done at the interview),

• Passport size photograph of the candidate,

• Envelope with $30.00 fee.

You will need to:

• make a booking for an interview either at St Thérèse or at All Saints using the form below.

• Complete the Reconciliation Registration form.
